1. What these terms cover

This website only. It is an information site about the company — nothing is sold through it and there is no account to create.

Our apps are in development. Each one will be released with its own terms and its own privacy policy covering what that app does and how it is paid for. Those documents, not these terms, will apply to the app.

2. Using the site

You are welcome to read, link to and share it. Please do not:

• use it in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
• interfere with it, overload it, or try to gain access you were not given;
• copy its design or content and present it as your own.

3. Our content

The text, design, logo and artwork on this site belong to SonicApp LTD. The app interface illustrations are our own original work. You may quote or link to the site with attribution; please ask before reproducing anything more substantial.

4. Accuracy

We keep this site current, but it describes work in progress. Anything here about apps we are building is a statement of intent, not a promise that a particular app will be released, or released with particular features.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the site up, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or remove any part of it.

6. External links

Where we link to another site, we are not responsible for its content or its practices. Its own terms and privacy policy apply once you leave ours.

7. Our responsibility

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, and none of it affects your rights as a consumer under UK law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the company and the site change, and the date at the top of this page will change with them.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If a problem arises we would rather resolve it directly — write to support@sonicapp.dev first.
