Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 September 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the websites and mobile applications operated by SonicApp LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17409733 (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and old enough to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@sonicapp.dev if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Some features are offered on a paid subscription. Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
  • Where a subscription is purchased through the App Store or Google Play, billing and cancellation are handled by Apple or Google under their terms.
  • You can cancel at any time. See Cancel Subscription for how, and our Refund Policy for refunds.
  • We may change prices. Changes take effect at your next renewal and we will give you notice first.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break any applicable law or infringe anyone's rights;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from the Service;
  • interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service;
  • resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission;
  • upload malware or content that is unlawful, abusive or infringing.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content, belongs to SonicApp LTD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service as intended. You keep ownership of the content you submit, and grant us the licence needed to operate the Service.

6. Third-party services

The Service may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, terms or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own agreements.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or £100. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we must do so by law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive it.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced within the Service or by email, and the "last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your local law.
